Jonathan B. Friedlander

Jonathan Friedlander was born in Mobile, Alabama, in 1981. He grew up watching his father and older sister practice law, and developed a similar passion for it. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He has practiced law in Mobile since 2009, where he has developed a reputation as a driven, innovative and aggressive lawyer who will fight for his clients. In 2012, he was elected secretary and treasurer of the Mobile Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and he continues to serve on the board of that organization.

Jonathan practices in many areas of law, including criminal defense, personal injury, bankruptcy, domestic relations, contracts and nonprofit corporate governance. He also handles both civil and criminal appeals. He is licensed to practice in all Alabama state, federal and municipal courts.

When not in the office, Jonathan enjoys running and exercising, fishing, boating, football, pool and other outdoor activities, as well as spending time with friends. He is also a board member of the Moorer Branch of the YMCA of South Alabama.
