Jordan R. Wolfe

Jordan Wolfe is a Dayton area native. He graduated from Wayne High School before earning an athletic scholarship to play Division 1 baseball at Wright State University. In addition to being a four-year letter winner on the baseball field, Jordan was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, on the Dean's list each year, and graduated cum laude, with additional High Honors; upon graduation, Jordan was named Graduating Senior of the Year at Wright State. Jordan then went on to law school in Cleveland, where he earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During his time in law school, Jordan interned at the Montgomery County (OH) Public Defender's Office, where he helped achieve two not guilty verdicts and a mistrial in three consecutive murder cases while working with now partner, Tina McFall.

He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. His primary practice areas are Personal Injury, Domestic Relations, and Criminal Defense. Jordan has been involved in the successful representation of numerous criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors and DUIs to felonies and murder.

In addition, Jordan also serves as counsel for start-up and small business clients on a variety of issues, including entity selection and formation, contract drafting and review, and other matters related to business transactions and compliance.
