Bill Cunningham III, Esq. assists K/S Clients of the firm in matters related to personal injury, including but not limited to, car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, negligent hiring and/or supervision, etc.

Anastasia J. Mahone, Esq., assists K/S Clients of the firm in matters related to family law including but not limited to divorce, child custody / visitation, establishment of paternity, father's rights, creating or modifying parenting plans, parental relocation disputes, restraining orders, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, step parent adoption, child support and alimony. Further, Anastasia Mahone, Esq. also handles Department of Business and Professional Regulations (BBPR) disputes/complaints, contract disputes, real estate litigation, consumer fraud, personal injury and estate planning, and much more.

Spencer Golden, Esq. has an LLM in tax law and assists K/S Clients in their legal matters related to bankruptcy, tax law, tax shelter, probate, estate planning, contractor litigation in court as well as administratively with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, as well as contract litigation, promissory/loan litigation, and general commercial litigation.
