At Scrofano Law PC, we fight relentlessly for anyone in trouble who cares about their future. Founded in 2011 by now Managing Partner, Joseph Scrofano, Scrofano Law PC focuses on criminal defense in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. Joseph Scrofano is an aggressive advocate who focuses on a wide range of cases including DUI, marijuana and cannabis defense, assault, civil protection orders, hit and run, drugs, guns, sex crimes, and violent crimes. After clerking for two years in DC Superior Court, Mr. Scrofano took a chance and hung up a shingle in a competitive DC criminal defense market. Since 2011, the firm has grown to three lawyers and practices right across the street from DC Superior Court. Mr. Scrofano has attended some of the nation's top training programs including the Trial Lawyer's College where he spent three weeks on a ranch in Wyoming doing trial advocacy training with top plaintiff and criminal defense lawyers from across the country.
