Beth Lewis joined the firm in 1994. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, secured transactions, banking and commercial law, corporate law, and environmental law. Beth is co-chair of the firm's Business Organizations and Transactions practice group.
While in law school, Beth was an editor of the South Dakota Law Review. From 1993 to 1994, she served as a law clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit Court, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Beth is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and serves on the Real Property Committee of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
Beth is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Downtown Sioux Falls and is an elementary classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement. Formerly, Beth served as a Board Member for Volunteer of America Dakotas.
