Elizabeth Yoquinto is a 2010 summa cum laude graduate of Connecticut College. She received her J.D. from Fordham Law School in 2015. Throughout law school, Elizabeth worked at the Fordham University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services to low-income individuals and nonprofits. Elizabeth was an Editor on the Corporate Law Journal, and tutored students in Civil Procedure and Federal Income Taxation.
Before joining O’Connor First, Elizabeth completed internships at the Office of the Attorney General, the Internal Revenue Service, and with the Honorable Rachel Kretser in Albany City Court.
Elizabeth concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, general liability and premises liability.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Vermont. She is a member of the New York Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.
