We were so lucky to have our chiropractor, Dr. Bryenton refer us to Attorney Alain! From introduction, he has gone over and beyond to care for my daughter and I regarding our car accident case. Although our case was tricky because of the delay in reaching out to an attorney and seeking medical care, Attorney Alain was extremely diligent in covering all details and advocating for us. In our case, we were given an injury offer (from the at-fault insurance carrier) that was less the cost of the medical expenses. Alain was my personal injury/car accident attorney for a case that ended up with the insurance companies settling for an amount greater than what I had anticipated. I suffered for over a year dealing with the effects of an accident that at times I wasn’t sure I was going to fully recover from. From then on to throughout the period of recovery he was communicating with the car insurance and health insurance companies to ensure my well-being was being put at the forefront. He checked with me multiple times to see that I was fully recovered physically and asked for the go-ahead to settle the case. I cannot thank Alain enough for all that he did – he was sympathetic to my struggles during my days of recovery and he really did fight for every last dollar on my behalf. I don’t even know where to start. I found Mr.Kinaly on google, I had received some calls from an agent that I frankly had no idea how to answer. Mr.Kinaly from day one told me he would take care of everything and I never heard from the agent again. Mr.Kinaly, I believe went way over and beyond to get me what I wanted even what a lot of people might consider the impossible. I was adamant on getting an apology from the other party which is something they simply don’t just do. Well!!!
