Speaking TRUTH to power is not easy – in fact, it is exceedingly exhausting; this is perhaps the natural human tendency of those who wield power in our legal system to abuse those without it and to exhaust you. Well, this was the case for me and the legal fight with my former employer. And, that’s why I hired Joseph to be my advocate during my appeal in my employment discrimination case. Prior to contracting Joseph, I felt despondent with so many lawyers. And yet, after speaking with Joseph regarding my employment case and legal issues in the trial court, I immediately felt empowered again. I knew then, as I do now, Joseph fights to secure the chance and the rights we deserve to be heard in the appellate court. With Joseph you’ll renew your strength and courage to face those who have inflicted injustice upon you. His legal writing will not permit the Courts to down you, I know this truth: your appeal will not be ignored. If you have even a whisper of hope about your case and want to have a fighting chance — do it and hire Jospeh.
