Attorney Kor successfully represented a rabbi and his wife who were denied permission from their condominium association to temporarily erect a Sukkah during the holiday of Sukkot. Among his many cases, Attorney Kor argued and wrote the Appellate and Supreme Court briefs in the landmark case of Carrubba v. Moskowitz, 81 Conn. App. 382; cert granted 268 Conn. 916 (2004); aff'd, 274 /cibb, 533 (2005), in which the Supreme Court held for the first time that a court appointed attorney for a minor child is entitled to absolute immunity.
