Ross A. Gillespie was born in Parkersburg, WV and grew up in Waterford, Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree in History in 2000 from The Ohio State University. After attending the Ohio State University, he attended law school at the University of Akron, School of Law, where he received his juris doctorate degree in 2003.
He has been practicing law since 2003. Currently Mr. Gillespie is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Central Ohio Association of Justice, Ohio State Bar Association, and Union County bar Association.
Mr. Gillespie is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio an the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Gillespie also argued before the Fifth District Court of Appeals for Ohio in Folmar v. Griffin, 2006-Ohio-1849.
Mr. Gillespie enjoys most outdoor activities, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with his family in his free time.
