Reichard joined Kelley Ferraro in 2002 where she functioned as the firm's senior litigation paralegal and litigation manager. Reichard became an Associate in 2017. She was graduated from Notre Dame College of Ohio in 2001 with a BA, majoring in paralegal studies, and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2016 where she earned a Certificate in Health Law. Reichard is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Association of Justice, Ohio State Bar Association, and West Shore Bar Association. Reichard is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and Southern District of Ohio. Reichard serves as an adjunct faculty member for Ursuline College's Legal Studies Program, is a member of their Advisory Board and serves as a Member of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Paralegals. On February 15, 2022, U.S. District Judge Joy Flowers Conti appointed Reichard as one of twelve attorneys to serve upon the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the Philips Recalled CPAP, BI-LEVEL PAP, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation, MDL. No. 3014, in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
