Wow, it’s hard to explain how grateful my husband and I are to have been recommended to Mr. Hershler, he changed our life, seriously! My husband has had 2 non-fault motorcycle accidents. We have allowed Mr. Hershler and his team help us with both accidents and both claims were successful. When I say successful I mean SUCCESSFUL! The second one was just more complicated resulting to a clavicle surgery. He received all the treatment necessary promptly and with the best medical offices. Mr. Hershler and the senior case manager, Thelma Paredes, have top-notch law skills, clear, cut, honest and easy to deal with, you will not get the run arounds, they will tell you right away what is coming to you. Thelma made sure everything was done promptly and smoothly for us without overwhelming us. I am so grateful to have met Thelma, she kept me in the loop of every single detail in my husband’s claim. I sometimes wish the case wasn’t over yet because I will miss the communication with Thelma, besides her brilliance in the law firm, she’s very kind and we had conversations not related to the accident claim and I felt connected to her as if she was my friend for a long time. Consulted law firm about an auto accident. Spoke with Thelma and she explained the process to me. Decided to move forward, great decision! Thelma was my contact for most of the process. The rest of the staff is also very polite and attentive. They took care of everything! Contacting insurance, finding medical providers, All done over the phone and through email! If I ever need legal representation again (hopefully not!) I know who I’m calling!!

While an accident can change so many things in an instant it was amazing how the attorneys worked quickly and wasted absolutely no time to provide effective treatment and take the stress from dealing with both insurances to provide the best care and settlement for my case.Thelma made sure I was receiving care the same day I spoke with her, she worked quickly to ensure all injuries were accounted for and treated. My case started off by being fairly ordinary, I think, but it took an unusual and unexpected turn which no one was expecting. I would definitely recommend The Law Offices of Eric Hershler. I have family members that used the Law Offices of Eric Hershler in the past. This is how I came to know about them. My family described their experience with the Law Firm as a great one, so I decided to give them a shot. Eric and his staff are so knowledgeable about laws and statutes that I felt very confortable just letting them take charge of the case. I’m the type of person that tends to micro manage but seeing how they work gave me comfort in knowing that they had this covered and that I didn’t have to follow up with them. My wife and I were involved in a motorcycle accident and both of us were seriously injured. Eric and his staff made sure that my wife and I received the medical attention/treatment that was required for us to recover. The one thing that we both really appreciated was the personal attention (at least that’s how it felt) Janett Tinoco, our assigned Case Manager was outstanding. She kept us informed about the case, she followed up after many of our treatments, she’d just call to check in with us, even if there was nothing new to report. If I called and left her a voicemail, she called me right back. The same is true with e-mails. Very responsive which is the type of person you want to work with.
