Past practice has included significant Nationally litigated cases, also licensed and handles cases throughout Texas and Louisiana and in other states in association with local counsel.
Eulis is a graduate of McNeese State University, where he received a B.A. in Political Science in December, 1977 and then attended Louisiana State University’s, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he graduated with honors in 1981. As a member of the Order of the Coif. Eulis also received an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law in 1987.
From 1984 through January, 1994, Eulis was a member of the faculty at the L.S.U. Law Center and received tenure in the shortest possible time after joining the faculty.
With an impressive list of courtroom victories and negotiated settlements to his credit, Mr. Simien is highly regarded among his peers within the legal community, having maintained an AV rating (highest Martindale-Hubbell rating) for over 10 years in a row, and a valued leader of our legal team.
