      Biography

      A partner in the Raleigh office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog, Marshall Wall represents clients in a wide range of disputes encompassing business and commercial litigation, trucking and transportation cases, insurance coverage, intellectual property disputes, personal injury defense, and defense of fire losses—especially those arising from the use of products.

      Marshall handles a substantial number of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases and has served as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina. He also has been successful in obtaining favorable results for clients through mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution forums.

      Marshall’s clients include businesses of all types and sizes, municipalities, insurance carriers, and individuals.
