Juliet grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, graduating cum laude from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Communication and Journalism. During college, she spent a summer working in Washington, D.C. for Senator Pete Domenici. Juliet received her law degree in 2008 from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she served as President of the New Mexico Student Trial Lawyers' Association, and on the boards of the Women's Law Caucus, Student Bar Association, and Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
She immediately joined the Harvey Law Firm following her admission to the New Mexico Bar, and has now been with the firm for a collective six years. Juliet has also served as the Deputy Division Director of the New Mexico Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud and Elder Abuse Division, where she worked as lead counsel on the matter of the State of New Mexico vs. Preferred Care Inc., et al., a case of first impression alleging that the national nursing home chain submitted false claims to the government.
Juliet is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico and the United States District Court of the District of New Mexico. She is a member of the National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice and the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group.
