He has successfully negotiated several substantial recoveries in personal injury and pharmaceutical/medical device liability tort actions across the country securing over $80,0000,0000 in settlements or verdicts for his clients. In addition to practicing as a civil litigator, he also provide client counseling, including to business clients, and participates in various professional education endeavors such as publishing articles and speaking at conferences and seminars.
