Justin Kirk Tabayoyon

Justin Kirk Tabayoyon is an American attorney, businessman, and United States Army Veteran with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis in Managerial Economics and a Juris Doctor degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law.

He is a highly experienced litigator and trial lawyer that practices in both the California Superior Courts and United States federal courts in California. He has represented clients at hundreds of evidentiary hearings, bench trials, and/or jury trials, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Although the primary focus of his practice is on civil litigation, Mr. Tabayoyon has obtained multiple not guilty jury trial verdicts for criminal defendants. He is a skilled and savvy strategist and negotiator that is often able to settle difficult cases. He is an international investor and crypto currency enthusiast.

Mr. Tabayoyon is a California native. He was born in Oakland, California and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been admitted to the State Bar of California and the California Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the United States Tax Court. He practices law throughout the entire State of California.

The Law Offices of Justin Kirk Tabayoyon was established by Mr. Tabayoyon in 2013. Mr. Tabayoyon also is the co-founder of Colombia International Lawyers S.A.S. in Medellin, Colombia, which provides legal support services to California attorneys and legal services to international investors in businesses and real estate in Colombia. Mr. Tabayoyon reads, speaks, and writes in Spanish as a second language.
