Samantha Dos Santos is a Personal Injury Attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Washington, DC office. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Samantha was an Associate Attorney at a well-recognized personal injury law firm practicing in Maryland and Washington, DC.
Before entering private practice, Samantha served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeannie J. Hong in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
Samantha attended George Washington University where she played Division 1 Softball. At GWU, Samantha was a two-year captain and four-year starting catcher. Her competitive nature as an athlete has made her a relentless advocate for her clients.
Following her tenure at GWU, Samantha attended American University Washington College of Law and graduated cum laude. During law school, she taught twelfth grade Constitutional Law and also obtained her first trial experience by practicing pursuant to Rule 16 in the Montgomery County District Court. She also served on the Administrative Law Review and received ALR's Exemplary Service Award for her commitment as a Senior Staffer. In the classroom, she garnered Highest Grade Recognitions in Civil Rights and Remedies, Legal Ethics, and Education Law.
Samantha is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and was selected as a Fellow for the 2021-2022 Leadership Academy. She is also a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and American Association for Justice, and served as the Co-Chair of the Public Service Committee for the New Lawyers Division of AAJ.
