I have dedicated my legal career to representing clients in personal injury cases. I have over 25 years of experience handling a wide range of cases including motor vehicle, truck accidents, pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle, premise liability, slip and fall, construction site accidents, dog bite, liquor liability against individuals and businesses. I concentrate my practice in the area of serious personal injury and wrongful death that have life altering consequences for the victims and their family members. I have many years of experience in the insurance industry having represented insurance companies and their insureds who have been sued and use this knowledge and experience to obtain the best possible results for my clients. I have personally litigated and negotiated multimillion dollar settlements for clients who have suffered injuries due to the wrongdoing of individuals and companies. I have many valuable contacts and resources who I call upon to assist in maximizing case successes.
