Tom M. McCrory III - Mr. McCrory is a graduate of Baylor University (B.B.A.) and 1970 Baylor Law School (J.D.). He served as general counsel to a banking institution prior to entering the private practice of law in 1980. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, Dallas Trial Lawyer's, Dallas Bar Association (serving on various committees over the years) and is licensed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Trial experience includes suits for wrongful death (product liability), personal injury (slip & fall, automobile collisions, work injuries), fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate, probate & administration, guardianship, and business litigation.
