I’m a client of McCune,Wright And Arevalo im in pretty bad shape health wise do to a surgeon that lied to me about how he was going to go about an umbilical hernia procedure my hernia was poking out of my stomach about 2inches just above my belly button . At the time I was working in the San Fransico Bay area as a Industrail electrician making a nice check for my retirement .2008 around the holidays this hernia started giving me trouble so I went to the E.R in turlock Ca.who then set me up with that hospitals hernia surgeon a few days after my E.R visit his office calls and long story short I was told by the doctor or surgeon at Emmanuel hospital in turlock that he was going to use 6 medical sutures to fix my hernia by cris crossing them to make a net of sorts therefore putting my hernia back into its placed I agreed and signed his operational procedure so he can do the surgery like he said .after the surgery Feb.20 ,09 I was in total pain and didn’t get out of bed without help and a wheel chair .the doctor said I’d be up and running the very next day, not true ,I lost my very good job cause I could not do the job anymore I spent all my saving ,I use to kick box ,couldn’t even do that anymore. My life has gone down hill .I kept going bk to the hospital for numerous health problems I could not figure out why I spent weeks in UCSF Stanford ,all the hospitals in modesto then onedY I got curious Nd got ahold of my surgery records to find that the doctor to it upon himself to change my surgery he put hernia mesh in my stomach and for years It was doing bad damage to my joints my tummy ,my teeth , my muscles it just went throughout my body and now im perfectly damaged from it my life is totally ruined and I’m hardly making it living on disability day to day without a pay real help I asked my lawyer to please help me get my atleast some of my life bk taking care of those really responsible especially for putting such a very bad medical device that did way more damage then good,I don’t feel I’m a class action case its real hard living this way never getting any birthday or Christmas presents for my loving grandchildren .I had and still have over 100 Er visits 30 hospital stays and its been going on for years without nothing coming out of it I like the way my attorney is with me but I’m getting older with nothing to show but a broken down body no doctors would even touch it cause its another doctors crappie work please get my case handled like it should be don’t wait until im dead and gone this has alrdy taken everything from me and that doctor over there living like a king im the same age as he is but im lucky to be alive im weak and trying to do better but the damage is done im just here can’t even pick my baby grand daughter up im afraid ill drop her need medical home care and this stuff removed from my body,if im putt in a class action category I don’t think its fair how can this surgeon make a life threatening decision with my body and never tell me when I found out years later I made another appointment with him just to have him insult me calling me fat and lazy said he can remove the mesh but only a lil bit I do t even want that butcher near me please help me get this done and over with I know I have a good team of lawyers but its getting so hard to live struggling day to day I didn’t sign up for this doctor to put poison in my body im going on 14 years of living just above poverty my job was a perfect job to retire from making more than enough money .now im always looked down on especially by the doctors my bones are all busted up and im very depressed
