Our overriding goal - to be a powerful voice for the seriously injured - is at the heart of everything we do. I began bringing this to life after graduating from Brown University in 1981 and the UC Berkeley School of Law in 1987.

I first honed my legal skills by serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for Federal judges in New York and Hawaii. After that, I worked for litigation law firms in both Hawaii and Washington state for 12 years. I opened my own firm in Seattle in 2002, which I expanded with a second office in Maui in 2019.

Over the years, my practice has earned the highest peer review rankings in the country and - more importantly - the trust and respect of hundreds of clients from Seattle to Spokane, Tacoma to the Tri-Cities, and dozens of cities and towns in between. I am honored to be one of only a few attorneys in the U.S. to have Super Lawyers status in two states (WA and Hawaii), and I am proud that JohnDavid and Brady are included in the Super Lawyers exclusive list of Rising Stars.

Additionally, my experience and achievements have earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV Preeminent® ranking since 2004, which is awarded to only about 10 percent of all attorneys.
