Scott A. Leaser is personal injury attorney who was raised in South Florida. Mr. Leaser’s practice focuses exclusively on the representation of injured parties who were hurt in catastrophic accidents that result in death or permanent injuries. These victims involve auto, truck, motor vehicle accidents, recreational boating, negligent security, premises liability, and victims of crime. Before he began representing people that were injured, Mr. Leaser represented most of the major insurance companies, in both personal injury and wrongful death claims.
