I am a dedicated lawyer focused on helping elderly victims and their families injured and harmed by others.

I help clients injured at nursing homes and residential care facilities.

I also help elderly people that have been taken advantage of by real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, insurance brokers, general contractors, lawyers, and others.

First, I focus primarily on nursing home neglect and financial elder abuse. I am passionate about helping elderly victims and their families.

Second, I take cases that matter to me with two goals in mind. I want to help my clients get the answers, compensation, and justice they deserve. I also want to make sure other people aren’t harmed by the same types of abuse and fraud.

Third, I limit the number of cases that I take. I do not run a volume-based practice where other attorneys and non-lawyers perform most of the work. I personally take the time to learn about my clients and their case.

In my experience, this approach provides my clients the greatest chance to achieve the best result possible.
