Do not go with this firm. I paid over 9,000 dollars and My lawyer Scott Kinshella, I feel, did close to nothing for me in my case. He would take sometimes over a week just to respond to an email or not even respond at all. He didn’t take the time to really inform me of the possible outcomes of the case. He often gives bad advice. The worst transgression was that he told me that I could not be involved in an important hearing by phone in my case when it turns out I could be. So, my ex wife got to be at the hearing but not me, because he erroneously told me that I could not be apart of it. I normally don’t feel comfortable writing negative reviews, but this is people’s lives we are talking about. There are many other better law firms out there in Tri cities. Don’t make the mistake I made by not doing my research.
