Gennady Voldz

Gennady Voldz is the managing attorney of Morgan & Morgans's New York Office. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he was the owner and founder of Voldz Law, P.C.

Gennady Voldz was born in the Soviet Union, in Kharkov Ukraine. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Stony Brook University and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Gennady pursued a degree in law in hopes of giving a voice to the voiceless and to those wronged by others. Gennady's entire law career has been dedicated to honing his trial skills for people that were injured by the negligence and careless of others. He has successfully obtained millions of dollars in trial verdicts and settlements for his client's. Gennady's passion for the law and trial work has propelled him to be an accredited CLE instructor.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Gennady Voldz, is a dedicated husband, father of one precious baby girl, and mentor to many. Gennady is a part of an organization called I-mentor in New York City that partners mentors with high school students from under- privileged neighborhoods in order to ensure their successful journey into College. Gennady Voldz has helped guide several students through their high school career in order to ensure their success and acceptance into a College of their choosing.

Despite his young age, Gennady has more trial experience than many lawyers are able to achieve in their lifetime. He has prided himself on always being willing to take his client's cases to trial. Insurance companies know that when Gennady Voldz is handling a matter, low-ball offers will never be accepted.
