Sean Gregory Perkins is a partner in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, where he focuses his practice exclusively on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. Mr. Perkins has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of disputes including will and trust contests, elderly abuse, guardianship litigation, estate disputes, fiduciary litigation, and assertion of statutory inheritance rights.Mr. Perkins represents probate and trust clients exclusively on a contingency-fee basis. He appreciates the impact hourly attorneys' fees have on clients and believes in a results-driven approach to litigation. Mr. Perkins is a former Assistant State Attorney and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Missouri and Washington. He holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation through the American Bankers Association. Mr. Perkins graduated from the University of Miami Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi.
