Sean grew up in southern New Jersey before moving to Indiana right before high school. He attended Indiana University for undergrad before going to the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where he quickly discovered he had an affinity for criminal law. Sean interned at the Hendricks County Prosecutor's Office for two years before joining the Criminal Appeals Division in the Office of the Attorney General.
Following his admission to the Indiana State and Federal Bars and a brief stint in the Tax and Civil Litigation Divisions at the OAG Sean joined the Marion County Prosecutor's Office to delve learn criminal law and litigation at the trial level. After two years at MCPO, Sean joined a team of criminal defense lawyers to learn that side of the practice. He joined the Nice Law Firm in October 2021 because he wanted to practice family and other areas of civil law in addition to continuing his criminal law practice.
When he's not in the courtroom, conferring with his clients, or communicating with opposing counsel, Sean enjoys time at home with his wife and two dogs, attending concerts and standup comedy shows, and watching/playing a variety of sports.
