Shane Davis

Shane Davis believes that justice under the law means getting clients fair compensation for their injuries. He takes the time to learn every nuanced detail in a client's case and works closely with a team of dedicated attorneys and skilled legal staff to give clients the best likelihood of success-both in settlement negotiations and at trial.

Shane is licensed to practice in Oregon. He first joined JJL&M as a law clerk in 2018. Since that time he has gained experience working with clients injured from car and truck accidents, pedestrian and cyclist accidents, as well as medical malpractice, dangerous animals, unsafe premises and dangerously defective products. Shane also assisted in cases involving employment discrimination and civil rights violations.

Prior to joining the firm, Shane worked as a law clerk for the Trial Division of the Oregon Department of Justice. He received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and a national moot court competitor. He also completed an externship in U. S. District Court with the Hon. Mustafa T. Kasubhai. Shane is a firm believer in helping others, he was awarded Pro Bono Honors by the University for his volunteer work in the community.

Born and raised in northern Nevada, Shane received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno with a dual-major in economics and political science. Before law school, he worked as a business development analyst for a Nevada-based renewable energy company and in college, was a ski lift operator with a resort in the Lake Tahoe area. An outdoorsman at heart, Shane likes to spend his time away from the office hiking throughout Oregon's beautiful natural wilderness.
