Glenn M. Medinck has established an exceptional reputation over the years and is highly regarded by his clients, peers and colleagues. His experience exceeds 40 years of practice in the areas of Probate, Trust and Guardianship Litigation; Probate, Trust and Guardianship Administration; Commercial Litigation; and, Real Estate Litigation. Glenn is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator.
Glenn attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Temple University in 1975, B.B.A., Cum Laude. He then received his J.D from the University of Miami in 1979. Glenn has co-authored a number of publications and has authored and lectured on a number of topics. His honors include: Florida Trend's Legal Elite 2011 - Elder Law; Super Lawyers; Martindale-Hubbell Rated AV Preeminent for Twenty Five Plus Years; and Avvo's Top-Rated Lawyer 2020.
Glenn was also a chair of the Guardianship Law and Procedure Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar for July 2002 to June 2004.
