      Biography

Kimberly has dedicated her entire career as an attorney to exclusive representation of plaintiffs in the litigation of civil and injury claims, with a special love for representing motorcycle accident victims. She has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases, both in and out of court. She is rated highly by fellow attorneys for her legal abilities and earned of series of awards as a result including being selected to the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Rising Stars List by SuperLawyers Magazine.

Kimberly is an advocate of motorcycle safety. Her personal interest and satisfaction from handling motorcycle accident cases led Kimberly to complete motorcycle safety courses through Accident Scene Management, Inc. ASM a group of motorcyclists that teach bystander assistance for motorcycle accidents. North Carolina’s Good Samaritan Laws and motorcycle insurance coverage issues are not generally common knowledge for riders. During the past several years representing motorcycle accident victims, she learned many riders are not properly educated on how to protect themselves from negligent uninsured and underinsured motorists.

A life-long North Carolina resident, Kimberly is originally from Salisbury and grew up in Lexington where she attended Central Davidson High School with her identical twin sister. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Analysis before enrolling in law school. Kimberly obtained her law degree from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, back when it was still in Buies Creek. In law school, she pursued Campbell’s Trial Advocacy Track, which is a program that specifically trains future attorneys to litigate cases.
