Education and Professional Background:Mr. Munns attended college at Brigham Young University where he earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in American Studies. After his first year of college at BYU, Mr. Munns served a two year mission for his church in Poland. He also studied overseas in Israel, Jordan and Egypt. Upon graduation from BYU, Mr. Munns passed the Series 7 and worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Munns returned to BYU for law school where he graduated cum laude and was a Senior Editor on the Law Review. During law school, Mr. Munns clerked for the Fremont Group, a private investment firm in San Francisco, and Filice, Brown, Eassa, & McLeod, a law firm also located in the Bay Area.
