Stacey B. Marmorstein

Stacey B. Marmorstein concentrates her practice in nursing home negligence and is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Attorney Marmorstein worked as an associate attorney at a premier Boston law firm representing injured plaintiffs in medical malpractice litigation. She has dedicated her career to zealously advocating for those physically injured as a result of the negligence of others in medical malpractice, slip and falls, fatal car accidents, and in dram shop litigation against establishments for over serving visibly intoxicated patrons. In addition, Attorney Marmorstein also represented a putative class action matter in federal court against a large housing corporation for egregious housing discrimination practices. She has experience practicing in district, superior, and federal district courts.

Attorney Marmorstein received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. As an evening student at Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Marmorstein spent her days working as a paralegal representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters. During her time at Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Marmorstein was on Dean's List and was awarded the LPS Best Oral Advocate Award.
