Stacy B. Smith

Ms. Smith has been a litigator over 25 years. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney and then joined an insurance defense firm, where for over 20 years she represented both insureds and insurance companies. She is now using the expertise and experience gained over her many years working in the insurance defense arena to represent Plaintiffs in cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, premise liability injuries, product liability and toxic exposure. Ms. Smith brings her extensive litigation experience to bear on every case whether the injury be minor or catastrophic.

Ms. Smith is also a certified civil court mediator and a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Inc.
