A passion for justice has always been within me. In my early years of practice, beginning in the 1980s, we regularly represented corporate America. While the work was challenging and the legal issues interesting, when cases ended there was always a void— an emptiness. The weight of the moral obligations and the power that the law offers to “make things right” ultimately drove the decision to refocus our practice to the plaintiffs’ side, fighting for the “little guy.”
Thirty years later, the Marlin & Saltzman team of lawyers, paralegals and support staff have been blessed to have been able to help hundreds of thousands of clients receive fair compensation, recovering more than $850 million on their behalf.
