For those reading these reviews I came across Greg Dell thru another attorney located in N.Y. . Greg took my case after my initial appeal was denied which I did , and it was quickly overturned by Greg’s astute understanding of the law and backed by my treating physicians. I simply can’t articulate the verbiage Insurance companies will understand. I now must source a qualified Disability Insurance Law Firm with experience and a track record successfully in dealing with the Big Boys. A firm that’s un paralled in organizing thousands of pages of medical records in a way Insurance companies can no longer push aside hoping I would go way.
