      Biography

      H. LaDon (Don) Baltimore's practice concentrates in the area of Government Relations, Administrative Law, Telecommunications, Utilities, Probate, Estate Planning and Business Law. Mr. Baltimore has represented individuals, businesses and professional associations in courts, administrative agencies and legislative bodies.Prior to entering private practice, he was a staff attorney for the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and General Counsel and Lobbyist for the Tennessee Bankers Association.He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. Mr. Baltimore is past Chairman of the Tennessee Bar Association Governmental Affairs Committee and past Chairman of the Nashville Bar Association Legislative and Governmental Relations Committee.

      He has been a speaker in legislative and administrative law developments at the Nashville Bar Association Governmental Counsel CLE series. Don has been a presenter at the Caen, France and Nashville Bar Associations' joint CLE series. He has been a guest lecturer at seminars and meetings conducted by the Tennessee Court Reporters Association, Tennessee Interior Design Coalition, International Interior Design Association, American Society of Interior Designers, Watkins College of Art and Design, and VolunteerStateCommunity College. He has also been a consultant for the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications By-Laws and Policies and Procedures Committee.

      Mr. Baltimore is the author of the chapter "What is the Effect of Regulation on Liability?" in The State of the Interior Design Profession, edited by Caren S. Martin and Denise A. Guerin.New York: Fairchild Books, 2010.Mr. Baltimore received his Bachelor of Arts degree from VanderbiltUniversity, Nashville, Tennessee. He obtained his law degree from the University of Memphis School of Law, Memphis, Tennessee.
