Lauren Montes

Lauren began her legal career at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she graduated summa cum laude. At Hofstra she earned awards for excellence in Government Law, Procedural Law, Contracts and Transnational Law.

Prior to attending law school, Lauren worked as the Regional Director for the Long Island Office of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. In this position, she coordinated the Senator's Long Island outreach, and assisted constituents and local elected officials on a variety of federal and local matters.

Lauren has also worked as an economic and litigation consultant, working on estimating damages in complex transactions for civil litigation matters. She graduated from Wellesley College, cum laude, with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish
