Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Steve Shapiro has practiced law since 1983 and has spent the entirety of his career aggressively pursuing fair resolution in personal injury cases. His legal practice focuses on personal injury law with an emphasis on brain injury law or neurolaw, and he has tried 65 cases to a jury.
Steve Shapiro has been proving invisible disabilities for more than 35 years. He has worked with individuals who have suffered from traumatic brain injuries and has seen how these invisible disabilities affect lives. Something of great import to Steve is helping his clients get appropriate rehabilitative care, as well as improving the quality of their life after a catastrophic injury.
Steve has been married to his wife, Mona, for 36 years and has two children, Lauren and Preston, and a granddaughter, Issie. Steve enjoys the gym and golf and wishes he still had a jump shot.
