Lee F. Mauger has been engaged in the private practice of law in Pottstown, Pennsylvania for over 40 years. A Pottstown native and Hill School graduate, Mr. Mauger received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978, and his Juris Doctorate in 1981 from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. After a brief stint with the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office, Mr. Mauger returned to Pottstown to join the firm founded by his father, L. Stanley Mauger, Esq. With general practice experience in a variety of areas of the law, including business structuring, land use and transactional real estate, over the years, Lee and his father transitioned their focus to estate planning and estate administration, including trust drafting and interpretation. Mr. Mauger has partnered several firms in Pottstown, including Mauger and Major and Mauger and Meter, eventually entering solo practice in 2020 before joining Wolf Baldwin in 2022. Mr. Mauger has counseled hundreds of Pottstown area residents, providing a clear, understandable explanation of the law, and practical advice and solutions to their important personal and financial concerns.
In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Mauger has served on several local community boards, including the Pottstown Library, and was former president of the Pottstown Area Lawyers Association. Mr. Mauger was former Vice-Chairman of the North Coventry Planning Commission, and currently remains in that capacity with the Union Township Planning Commission in Berks County, Pennsylvania, where he resides.
