This law firm has had my case for many years. With new stuff going on in my case, I’ve been trying to talk to an attorney from this law firm for at least a year. I was asked to find paperwork, to which I did and sent it to the Scotto law firm. I’ve sent many many e-mails and made several phone calls only to be told the attorney (I have never spoken to her) will call me back. Never have I received a call, e-mail response from said attorney. Not even a, “I can’t do anything for you,” type of call. They’ve even “lost” a letter sent from my ex-employer regarding my work comp. case. I can’t even get that. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m beyond frustrated. This review asks for a service end year, yet everything has sat still and apparently they still represent me? No clue at this point.

Jennifer Scotto is one of the worst attorneys – a bit absent minded and disorganized, in my opinion. However, there are ethical issues as well – what attorney makes changes to hearing dates without consulting the client, encourages clients to not attend hearings, and even worse…leaves the door open for future depositions by the opposing party?! Only if it was known the opposing counsel was a BFF – disclosure is important, but not for Scotto. I am touching the surface. There are many law firms which can handle WC cases – this one simply might not have the capacity any longer. Honesty and integrity are important.
