I represent individuals charged with DUI and other crimes as well as personal injury victims and small to medium sized businesses. My goal is to provide hard working people with the quality legal services available to large companies and the government.
Prior to opening my practice I worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Cherokee Judicial Circuit (Bartow and Gordon Counties for more than a decade, prosecuting criminal cases ranging in seriousness from traffic violations to malice murder. I was trained in DUI and vehicular homicide law at courses sponsored by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and taught courses to law enforcement on how to properly make cases.
I was lead counsel in over 100 trial before judges and juries and served as lead counsel in more than 20 appeals, including oral argument before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. I have taken the experience, expertise and relationships I formed as a prosecutor and now put those to work on behalf of my clients in private practice.
