Lindsay E. Guthrie

I paid Lindsay over $1,000 for credit repair services. I met up with Lindsay who called herself “Lindsay Julian” while hiding behind the username “Hayes8816” during communications. Lindsay sold my wife and I two credit profile numbers. My wife CPN worked, we had no issues opening accounts or obtaining credit. Whenever I began using my CPN, I got arrested for Identity theft. Lindsay sold me a stolen SSN instead of a CPN. I spent over 15k in legal fees to get my criminal charges dismissed. We got a private investigator to track down “Hayes8816” when public records didn’t return results for “Lindsay Julian.” Our PI discovered “Hayes8816” aka Lindsay Julian is actually attorney Lindsay E Guthrie, a personal injury attorney employed by The Jeffrey Gill Law Firm in Buckeye Arizona. Upon viewing Lindsay’s photo on the Gill law website, I confirmed that is the same woman I met with in Virginia and paid over $1,000 in cash in exchange for a stolen identity. This attorney from Arizona is really out here in Virginia selling stolen identities disguised as credit repair services. smh!
