Ms. Schapiro joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2015 as Special Counsel where her practice is concentrated in commercial and residential real estate, financing and banking. A cum laude graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, Ms. Schapiro has been practicing law for over 25 years.
Ms. Schapiro is a member of the New York State Bar Association and The Justinian Law Society and is an officer of the Broome County Bar Association. She is very active in the local community and currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Hillel Academy of Broome County. She has also served as a board member with the Jewish Community Center, the United Way of Broome County and as a fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Binghamton University Foundation.
