I have been practicing law in New York for approximately 25 years and specialize in trust and estates, an area which includes proceedings to probate a will, administration (when the the decedent had no will)and accounting proceedings brought by an executor or a trustee and other types of cases that are commenced in the New York State Surrogate's Court. I also practice divorce, personal injury and real estate law.
