Terence was born and raised in Charleston. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston. He earned his J.D. from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He was admitted to practice in November 2008.Prior to law school, Terence served in the United States Army and earned the Bronze Star and Kuwaiti Medal of Freedom for Operation Desert Storm. He has two children, and 3 grandchildren.
