Tess is a former insurance defense lawyer. Having worked directly for major insurance companies, Tess knows how to present a claim and maximize the value of your personal injury case.
Tess frequently provides training to other lawyers on the inner workings of the insurance industry. Tess is a member of the AAJ (American Association for Justice) and the ITLA (Indiana Trial Lawyer's Association).
Tess is a widow, a mother, a yogi and a horsewoman. She is passionate about helping her client's get the money they need to get their life back after being injured.
