Travis Foust focuses his practice on employment litigation representing management. His practice encompasses all areas relating to the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before state and local agencies. Travis also drafts and reviews employment policies, employment contracts, and employee handbooks.
In 2007, Travis was selected as the firm's F. Carter "Chip" Tate Legal Aid Fellow for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society's Fellowship Program. As part of this program, Travis spent three months exclusively providing free legal representation to indigent individuals and families.
During law school, Travis served as a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review.
