Madeleine Skaller

Madeleine Skaller is an associate at Levy Konigsberg, LLP where she specializes in asbestos litigation, with an emphasis on exposure from asbestos-containing talcum powder products.

Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Madeleine began her career at a large multi-national firm in its environmental litigation department. She worked on a broad range of matters under numerous major federal and state environmental statutes.

Madeleine received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2018, where she graduated with honors. While at The George Washington University, she served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law. Additionally, she interned with the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Justice, and Congressional Quarterly as a Supreme Court Intern. She participated on the Moot Court Board and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and won second place in the Nation Mehridge Environmental Negotiation Competition. She has been published in the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review.

Madeleine received her B.S. in Development Sociology with a double minor in Environmental Studies and Law and Society from Cornell University in 2015. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and its Environmental Law Committee.
