      Biography

      Malinn's practice focuses on divorce and family law, and Social Security Disability law. Prior to joining Collins, Buckley, Sauntry, and Haugh, Malinn spent twelve years working in the field of Social Security Disability, and clerking at a law firm in Minneapolis. Malinn excels at legal writing and research. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law where she honed her legal writing skills while serving as an associate editor and the Digital Communications Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. She also volunteered for the Minnesota Disability Law Center - Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, researching and writing on the topic of subminimum wage and individuals with disabilities. Malinn possesses the unique combination of strength, determination, and compassion in her advocacy for clients.

      During her free time, Malinn enjoys reading, doing yoga, baking, gardening, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
